This project is the fourth collaboration between Architects West and Perlman Architects. The scope of work began with review of initial programming and feasibility studies done previously by another firm. That study established the project to be approximately 24,000 sf, well above the available funding. By re-working original basis-of-design concept plans using right-sizing exercises and improving functional efficiency of space, the program was scaled down to 20,568 sf without sacrificing any amenities, yet still fitting within the budget parameters.
