This project involved the rehabilitation of 88 dwelling units and a remodel and addition of the existing community center. The dwelling units consisted of single family and duplexes, and a combination of 1 – 4 bedrooms. Work included complete interior and exterior remodels. All units were upgraded with high efficiency mechanical systems, and energy star appliances.

The existing 2,248 sf community center was remodeled and received a 300 sf classroom addition and a 480 sf community hall addition along with an addition of a 384 sf covered patio for outdoor seating. The kitchen was completely demolished and relocated within the existing footprint and built back essentially the same size and previous kitchen.
