Salish and Kootenai Housing Authority Projects

The scope of this project involved fully accessible low-income housing projects in two cities. Two detached, two-bedroom single family residences are located in an existing subdivision in Pablo; and one detached two-bedroom single family residence and one duplex are located in Ronan in two separate subdivisions. Each single family residence is 1,240 sf and the duplex is 2,410 sf.

The projects were designed to mimic the successful Buttercup Lane designs, per the request of SKHA, and utilize Mission Valley Power home energy efficiency program guidelines and SKHA construction standards. Site work around homes is limited, but includes Fair Housing Act accessible site requirements.
