This project has two components – three new triplexes located in an existing subdivision in Nespelem, WA and the rehabilitation of 31 residences located in two different subdivisions in Keller and Inchelium, WA.

The new multi-family triplex buildings range from 1,100 sf to 1,300 sf per unit, totaling 3,500 sf for each building. They are one-story with two bedrooms. Full site development included a new basketball court and landscaping with infrastructure for a future phase.

The rehabilitated residential units range from approximately 900 – 1,500 sf units. Work included hazardous materials abatement, replacement of roofing, siding, and windows, HVAC system upgrades, new interior finishes, and new Energy Star compliant appliances.
