Turning Pointe

Architects West assisted the Port of Clarkston in developing a 120 acre Planned Unit Development for a ‘sustainable business park’.  This new business park will include manufacturing and other business that incorporate a sustainable systems approach.  This project will be developed in phases.

Scope of work includes addressing “right-sizing” the site development footprint, maintaining and/or solving for natural hydrological conditions in beneficial ways, and planning for human-landscape interaction that provides recreational with social benefits.
