Architects West provided pre-bond assistance to Post Falls School District for the bond measure that passed on the first attempt March 2019.  The bond was not only for this new elementary school, but also included multiple building and site maintenance projects throughout the District’s facilities.

Treaty Rock Elementary is the fourth version of a prototypical plan that Architects West designed for the Post Falls School District since 199 2. Although the building plan has evolved each time, the basic layout is the same.  The 50,744 sf facility has 21 classrooms, gymnasium, media center, commons/cafeteria with a stage, full serving kitchen, Title One, and Life Skills suite.
