Architects West provided Othello School District with bond assistance services, and in 2006 they successfully passed their bond on the first attempt.  Additions and modernizations to Scootney  Springs Elementary School were made possible by this bond passage.  Work consisted of 6,500 sf of new additions, 44,000 sf of modernization, and related site improvements.
