This new 110,960 sf facility, located on 40 acres of the Rathdrum Prairie, was designed to accommodate eight programs:  Machining/CNC, Welding Technology, Industrial Mechanics/Millwright, Architectural CAD Technology, Mechanical CAD Technology, Diesel Technology, Automotive Repair, and Collision Repair.  The program for the new facility required including the spaces for courses that were currently offered on the main campus plus space for new additional courses.
