Architects West job was to provide a master plan vision for the potential development of an approximately 400 acre site, originally a family homestead ranch overlooking Lake Pend Oreille.

The master plan is conservation oriented, with an optimal number of residential units/lots and as much as 80% to 90% of acreage preserved as open space or held as reserve.
