This multi-family/townhouse development is currently in Phase 1 of construction.  Located on a 15 acre site on the South Hill area of Spokane, each town house was designed to express a modern, contemporary feel.  Each unit relates to each other in a cohesive neighborhood fashion, with the use of traditional craftsmanship.  The “backyard” of each unit opens to a park-like setting with rolling hills, creek bed, ponds, walking bridges, and natural rock formations.
