About
Mr. Champagne is a principal and Treasurer of the Board for Architects West. Ed has experience in all aspects of architectural practice. He has been project manager on educational facilities, commercial, and residential projects involving new construction, remodeling, and restoration. He has experience in managing and assisting in all phases of design, including planning, building concepts, and building program development where time and cost constraints are demanding. Mr. Champagne has a full understanding of the technical aspects of a project, including document preparation, specifications, product analysis, and construction supervision.
