The 37,579 square foot facility was designed to replace the original facility destroyed by fire. The facility accommodates a diversity of uses including a conference facility, book store, food distribution center, warehouse, treasury department, trust department, ministry department, administration offices, radio station, and a video recording studio.

There are over 40 offices for staff with customized work stations, work spaces, and storage areas for more than a half dozen unique work groups.  Other features include a dividable conference facility, training rooms, outdoor gathering area, catering kitchen, banquet/seminar facility, retail store, book store, warehouse, and fire rated storage vaults.
