The scope of work for the new Quincy City Hall included the demolition of the two existing administrative buildings with basements and the site reclaimed to make way for new construction. The new City Hall is 9,650 sf, single-story with partial basement. Spaces include city administrative offices, utility billing services, and new modernized council chamber space. The site was significantly impacted with changes to the street frontage to create a campus-like civic core with the adjacent Public Services Building and Police Station.
