Musselman Rentals & Sales is a 21,621 square foot complex located on a five acre site in Liberty Lake, WA.  The facility served as the company’s primary retail location and provides rentals, sales, and service for Musselman’s Caterpillar equipment fleet.  The facility includes:  five shop bays and one each for welding, painting, and washing; 1,000 Amp, 208Y/120V, 3 phase, 4 wire electrical service, parts storage; office space for sales, service, and rentals; conference and training rooms; staff lounge and locker rooms; restrooms; and a waiting/reception area at the main entrance.
