This project consists of a replacement of an existing Baskin Robbins concept with one of the first-ever Freshens concept installations in the food court of the Davis-Monthan Shopping Center.  The existing food concept in the corner space of the food court was removed, and re-configured to become ‘Freshens’.  This installation was one of the first projects where Freshens and the Exchange worked together.  Architects West assisted with design and equipment coordination, working with the Exchange PM, the Davis-Monthan General Manager, Food Court Manager, and design representatives from Freshens.  The completed project is an improvement to the overall look and function within the food court, and provides soldiers with new healthy eating options.
