The project, completed in three phases is on a rural site located on the Colville Indian Reservation, east side of the Okanogan River.  Phase I consisted of the site master plan and infrastructure construction.   Phase II consisted of an approximately 4,500 sf community center with bus shelters, parking lot, playground, and basketball courts.  Architects West was selected to complete Phases II & III under a separate selection process from Phase I.  Phase III of the development consisted of 16 detached single and/or multi-family dwellings on 20 acres.

The homes were designed for low-income households.  As a project receiving public funding, it is required to meet all federal housing standards regarding accessibility, and regulations for compliance with the State of Washington LIHTC program and was required to comply with the Evergreen Sustainable Development Standards.
