Seventeen years ago, Architects West made the decision to develop Landmark - a landscape architectural, land planning, and site design division - as a means of providing more thoroughly planned, better quality projects, as well as greater client service.

Architects West has benefitted from this multi-disciplinary approach, having had a number of projects recognized regionally and nationally for design excellence. This recognition includes both architectural and site elements.

Having the in-house landscape architectural department has provided clearer design direction earlier in the design process, allowing both the architect and the landscape architect to focus on what they both can best accomplish while optimizing the interaction between the site and building design elements and features.
